My personal opinion is one of this. The starting base pay is some of the lowest in the industry. I have 8 years of safe driving experience and I was offered .36 a mile to start. I of course counter offered this and the owner agreed to bump me up to .38 a mile after 2nd week. That of course never happened. They make the pay sheets impossible to understand so the only thing you can understand is your net pay.
Driver is an a** hole. Pulls off scale to block everyone. So nobody is allowed to use the scale.
Best part about it is that I've got all correspondence saved in emails in regards to what I'm saying and he still denied it and made excuses. I chose this company because of its size. I thought being a smaller company a Person would not be treated like a number. Wrong!!!! The office staff look at you like they're better than you and are very dry towards the drivers. I personally think the only people that benefit in this company our the office staff.
They got the system rigged so a driver has to work almost twice as hard to make a decent amount of money while working with e-logs, Qualcomm and trucks that are governed at 70mph. All of what I'm saying is my personal opinion which I am entitled to. I've not called any individual by name as to avoid defamation of character. They know who they are. Don't take my word for it. Give em a try. They do have nice trucks and that's the only pro I can give.

I just 2 days ago asked the owner what my pay was and he said .36 a mile. I said ' you told me after 2nd week you'd bump me up. His response ' well we passed that, maybe I'll bump you up to .39 a mile'. So essentially a Person would have to put in another month and a half to make the money back they should of already made. He lied about the pay raise and then lied as to why I did not get it.
